What is Tapping?

Tapping is a technique that involves tapping on several accupressure points on the face and upper torso of your body. Doing so calms the nervous system, moving your brain out of “fight or flight” and bringing your “thinking brain” back online. This allows you to solve problems, see the bigger picture of a situation, make effective decisions and focus on your tasks.

Tapping is an extremely effective way to move past emotional resistance that is causing your to procrastinate. If you are feeling fearful, nervous or like an imposter, tapping can help. A few rounds of tapping and you’ll take action toward your goals!
