Everyone who has ADHD is a little bit different! So I offer individualized coaching sessions to fit your needs. We start with a package of eight, weekly sessions. Each week we focus on a topic of your choice, one that will have a direct impact on what’s happening in your life at that moment: ADHD concerns, overwhelm, a hectic schedule, saying “no”, procrastination, completing a task, getting started on a project, creating daily routines… the possibilities are endless. We work together to understand how ADHD is affecting your life and create strategies to support your success.
In eight weeks, you will feel less overwhelmed and more in control of your life. From there, we’ll determine whether you’d like to continue with coaching and, if so, the pace and frequency that will work best for you. Unless different arrangements are made, all ADHD coaching sessions are individual, private sessions, last 60 minutes and are held over the phone.
